Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the event. Events cancelled with less than the required notice will be charged based on the costs incurred. This charge may be eliminated only if the requested items can be part of the regular weekly menu cycle of the cafeteria. This cycle is made one month in advance by Compass headquarters. Each manager will determine if the charge applies according to the menu cycle. For health and safety reasons, all leftover food items are to be left on the premises.

Miscellaneous Charges

For proper planning and procurement purposes, there is a late fee of $25.00 for all requests with less than 24 hours advanced notice.

All events are serviced with disposable serviceware.
